Treasure Toolkit

Things That I Treasure Tool

When we are feeling a lot of overwhelming emotions, it can be easy to forget the things that are important to us. The things that are important to us can be people, objects, places or experiences and memories. The Things That I Treasure tool can be used as a space to write down anything that is important to you. You can then use the this tool to remind yourself of the things that are important to you when you are feeling overwhelmed or distressed

Some people find it helpful to create a physical treasure chest to keep things that are important to them in. You can use any type of container to keep your treasures in. You could add special objects, photos, or some affirmations to the treasure chest. You can then use the treasure chest to look at the items when you need a reminder of what is important to you.

Use the boxes to write down what is important to you. You can download them once you are finished by clicking the GENERATE PDF OR SEND IT BY EMAIL button at the bottom of the page.
